In July and August Saturday is changeover day. During the rest of the year we are very flexible.
For the 5th person is a surcharge of € 100 per week
Hibernators: 4 weeks: -/- 5 % and 8 weeks: -/- 10 %
Final cleaning and washing: € 125.
Electricity: € 0,30 per Kwh.
Deposit: € 250 we will refund the deposit after positive inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
